As a therapist, adolescents and young adults are my target populations.
Being from a Pakistani-American background, I have become fascinated with how contrasting cultural identities harmonize within us. I am passionate in research regarding bicultural and multicultural identities and how they impact mental health. I help clients develop their own personal narrative and the steps needed to work towards their desired goals. I believe that the only constant is change, so we must keep exploring how we interact with our ever-changing world. |
